Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are still attached to the garments.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
